1. What data we hold

When you use UbudAI through WhatsApp, we may store:

  • your WhatsApp phone number and public profile name;
  • the messages and questions you send us, and our responses (conversation history);
  • any contact details or preferences you choose to share; and
  • limited technical and usage logs.

For more detail, see our Privacy Policy.

2. How to request deletion

You can request deletion of your data in either of these ways:

  • On WhatsApp — send the message “DELETE” to our UbudAI number, or tap here to start the request.

3. What happens next

Once we verify your request, we will delete the personal data associated with your account from our active systems within 30 days. We will confirm once this is done.

4. What we may retain

We may retain a limited amount of information where we are legally required to do so, or where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, and enforce our agreements.
